They then can conclude a contract with all the terms and conditions stated for the owner and the tenant.

The property managers also need to settle any and all kinds of disputes arising between the owners and the buyers or the tenants. They can also arrange for legal help if needed.

Property managers are responsible for for taking care of all the maintenance needs of a property. To monitor the work of contractors is also the job of a manager.

Property managers handle the financial operations. They prepare periodical financial reports to the owners which show the state of the property.

Besides the 'field' work, property managers also have a lot of paperwork to do. They need to maintain records of the owners, tenants and buyers of property and perform long calculations. Nowadays, property management software can be useful for property managers for some operations.
